Costs of selling a product in Mexico

Listing a product in Mercado Libre is always free. Keep in mind:

You only pay a fee when you complete an order and it depends on the category of your product.
The price of the product should be over MXN$ 7. If you want to sell products of lower value, please create kits and offer them together in the same listing.

Sales fee

In this table you will find the percentages according to the category in which you list. It applies both for the products that you fulfill and those that you sell with Full.

Additional fee for products up to MXN $ 299 *

For these products, you will pay a fixed fee of MXN $ 5 per unit, in addition to the sales fee of the corresponding category.

* You will not pay this additional cost in massive consumer products of the following categories: Food and Drink, Pet Food, Baby Food, Baby Care and Hygiene, Personal Care and Hygiene (except Shaving and Epilation Machines) and Cleaning Products.

Costs for offering Free Shipping

In addition to the sales fee, there are cases in which you must offer free shipping to your buyers and bear the shipping costs.
