1. Download and install the APP
Open the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) on your device, search for the app or scan the QR code Follow the steps below to download the correct app for your device.

2. Before the setup application starts;
Make sure the app is installed on your device
Make sure your device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, 5GHz networks are not supported.
New users follow the guide steps to register, the user has already registered, just log in directly

3. Add a device Before adding, turn on Bluetooth in the phone settings, open the application and click Add Device
Select Device: X3 and it will display the WiFi network settings. The WiFi network name will be filled in automatically. Enter the WiFi password and click Next and Confirm.

Press and hold the touch button for 5-10 seconds as instructed in the app. With the voice notification of a successful reboot, the device will automatically reset to default settings. Acknowledge that you hear and select Next. The app will search for the device and add it.

Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator lights up and the Wi-Fi enters the pairing state. Then press the button on the Wi-Fi Video Doorbell within 5 seconds. Pairing is complete when the LED on the Chime blinks. After completing the above steps, the pairing will be terminated automatically.
