Tip:
1 gt;|f using the MST multi-screen docking station, the computer CPU requires
support for 11th generation; By using a docking station the resolution only
reach 4k@30Hz or 1080p@60Hz for dual display.
2 gt; (Apple M1/M2 only supports one external screen, not multi-screen output);
3 gt; Each of your computer needs 2 DP connections, if only one DP connection
there is only one monitor works.
4 gt;When output from input A1/A2, it can only output from output A; similarly
when output from input B1/B2, it can only output from output B;
5 gt;When input from the DP A port, only the DP A display can be output from the
DP port.
6 gt;.When using the MST Docking station, due to the resolution limited of MST
HUB, the resolution maybe have difference.
7.Warm tips.
1). Please use the monitor support 4K or higher 4K resolution with DP port if
you need your device output 4K resolution.
2). The computer needs two (2*DP ) sources, please connect the KVM switch to
INPUT A/INPUT B respectively.
3). Conneting two USB cables to two computer hosts respectively to supply
enough power for the KVM switch and make USB HUB function work;
4). If you use a 2.4G wireless keyboard and mouse, please plug the 2.4G receiver
into the USB port on the front of the KVM; if you use a Bluetooth keyboard and
mouse, you need a Bluetooth receiver connect to the KVM.
5). In order to get a good using experience, it is recommended to use two
monitors with the same resolution.
6). When computers work with 4K@60Hz resolution, please use a power
adapter to connect the DC power port of the KVM switch.
