HUD installation:
1. Know your vehicle brand,HUD work for cars with OBDII agreement or EU OBD agreement. Open the engine hood and find the sticker below it (see the below picture 1), if it has words like OBDII CERTIFIED, then it can be installed.
2. Find out the 16 pin diagnostic link (see the below picture 2) of the vehicle and connect it well with OBDII connecting line.

Applicable scope of OBD2:
The OBD2 agreement gasoline vehicles produced in the US after 2004, and the OBD2 agreement gasoline vehicles produced in other regions after 2008.
The following common models are not applicable to OBD2:
1. Incompatible: American models: For Dodge/JEEP/Sail/Chrysler, models produced in 2004 and before 2004.
2. Incompatible: French and Italian models: For Fiat/Maserati/ DS/Peugeot/Citroen/Simca/Amilcar, etc.
3. Incompatible: Japanese models: For Suzuki/for Mazda 6/for Infiniti QX50 q50 q501/for Avanza 2013/for IS250, EX250, ES300H/for Jazz, CRV and cars produced before 2008, etc.
4. Incompatible: South Korean models: For Kia Soul PS 2017/ for Hyundai Sonata 2013, etc.
5. Incompatible: gasoline-electric hybrid and diesel cars, pickup trucks, RVs, modified car with car computer, for Chrysler Group, for Fiat Groups all brand models.
OBD2 HUD is not available for all brands of cars under the for Fiat Group, but GPS HUD can be used. Pickup trucks, diesel vehicles, gas-electric hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles cannot use OBD2 HUD, only GPS models.
It is recommended to buy GPS models directly for Italian and French cars.
